Hello mam , I am your former student from youtube from June 22 CA foundation classes. I cleared it with 246 marks back then. Questions in exams are made by experts to check your knowledge as ca is a professional exam so they expect from you to know everything about subject so question can be from anywhere but from concepts you have read but can be in any manner

They would ask direct questions and case study to check your knowledge only reading won't help do writing practice with pyq and mtp check weather any questions are similar or repeated mark and practice

Hlo mam sab kuch thik chal rha hai but during my this journey maine ek mistake ki thi wo hai maine apne all subjects ko time to time revision ki but maine Account ki nhi ki or In the last days mujhe whole Account ko revise karne me itni problem Hui ki mai bta nhi sakta approx mujhe 10 - 12 days lage whole ACC ko revise karne me. So plzzzzzz make a video that will revise my whole account on less time 😢 😢😢😢😢

Sahil( a minor ) who finds the diamond ring from the road which belonging to another person. He reasonably tries to find the true owner, but he failed to find. Afterwards he put the diamond ring at safe place. After sometime he met with the true owner of the ring whose name was Manibhai. Manibhai asks to return back the ring. But Sahil said that he will return the ring on condition that Manibhai has to pay the expenses which was incurred by him for finding the true owner. Manibhai accepted this condition and paid the said amount. He finds the diamond ring which at the safe place but now the diamond ring was not that safe place. Now, Manibhai claim for returning the amount which was paid by him to Sahil. But Sahil refused. Now explain what remedies available to Manibhai against Sahil as per the provision of The Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Referring to the applicable provisions of the Contract Act, 1872, advise whether Mrs. Lali will succeed. mam there are 2 ans. of this que. 1- from domestic agreement where this contract is voild 2-from no consideration no contract EXEPTION - natural love and affection plz tell which one will be correct for this and also tell whether both are correct or not..
