Well, people love their flying bases and I love to hate them so today we review this and other bases as I rode around my server to see what other players have copie...I mean created. Despite the criticisms, there are still great ideas from today's builders and hopefully you get some inspirations for your own bases!

The Luminous Sunflower would make for a great solar panel that follows the sun. I wish it was an advanced solar panel skin so we can make them look cooler.

I admit, i use the glass pack too, but i use it to accent my bases, not to build glass pyramids, My current base is a bit meh but going to go all out next season! :D

Great to see more properly rated bases where throwing glass packs and other lightforge content in doesn’t magically make for good design or curb appeal etc. I’m so over those flying bases, and they can be patched out for all I care, they’re immersion breaking in the extreme anyway and downright ridiculous. The upside presumably is during starchrom refinement, but in that sense it’s a form of cheating too. Another great video.. peeeace.

Nah, the Glass Set is really pretty if u ask me and i still want it at some point BUT it has a really limited use and for that it is REALLY expensive. the only legitimate use i see right away is obviously a greenhouse and then maybe some windowfront in a modern Villa style building and small accents here and there but a full glass house looks dumb

you can get the fireplace up against the wall if you remove the wall put the fireplace down and replace wall

i never made a flying base because I was afraid of getting banned for exploit, glad they are going to patch that. I haven't seen any on my servers yet. I did build 2 monstrosities though lol i like them but pretty sure you would rate them 1/10 lol

I think the outdoor lights behind the fridge are for backlighting the wall. If they had put it closer to the fridge so it wasn’t visible, then it wouldn’t look so out of place. Given that, I like his/her idea overall.

I dont know if everybody is facing that but the flashlight in the game is too bright for me and hurts my eyes. I would like for a more softer flashlight, just a side rant ! Addicted to your content for for so long now ~~

If you are unlucky for metal shelving and do not have wooden shelves you can stagger the crates. Place the lower crate a bit less than half a crate width away from the wall then place the second crate on top flush with the wall. You can access both without crouching and I like the look better than the rusted shelves.

As far as getting upside down items placed, there are people who gave done it. I seed a few people do this with standing lights and plants on the underside of their trucks.

This goes to show that even money cant buy the skills to make good designs. Its a shame that you cant delete characters and roam other servers like asia/sea servers but atleast i get to see what EU/NA has in store for base designs

2:32 relatable. Had/have a Lego set I got when I was a kid called "Darth Vader's Tie Fighter". It was a set designed specifically for displaying, not playing it. It was huge, very heavy and extremely detailed. It took me 2 days to build and it fell off the shelf I put it on because the floorboards in my room shifted a tiny bit. It's still in an old shoebox after 20 years, I still cannot bring myself to rebuild it. I've only seen one floating base myself, but I can understand your dislike of them. Getting here was a side quest unto itself.

I've watched several of your videos and it always makes me giggle when you complain about kitchen sets being next to fridges. It's like that in real life SO often. It's not like heat produced from the stove can actually penetrate the outside of the fridge to affect the internal temperature AT ALL. The people doing it likely grew up with their fridge extremely close to the stove.
