What is this channel all about? Why not authentic? Why delicious? Why am I asking rhetorical questions? Why are you still reading this?
In all seriousness, I made this channel in part to help people learn how to make great food without necessarily having to worry about how authentic it is. I approach every recipe with the intent to help those who may be inexperienced or lacking confidence when it comes to cooking. Furthermore, my hope is to answer the questions that may come up as I go along.
