Wow wow wow! Answered prayer. I kept repenting and feeling bad over falling into talking about past abuses by my family. I kept telling God I don’t want to keep talking about this but I keep doing it. Help me. That was 2 days ago. Here’s the answer! Thank you, Jesus!

Love this so much Rick!! What if they don’t repent for trespassing against you? And how do we tie this is with what Paul says in 1 Corinthians 5 when he tells the church to separate from anyone who calls themselves a Christian if they are living a certain way outside of Christ (the separation of course being after you’ve tried and tried to get through to them and tried to bring them to repent and they still won’t)?

Too many of us believers are still looking to Egypt for our healings. GOD will not share His glory.

Agreed. But sometimes one can also be sick because of the sins of others. In short, there is sickness because of sin. And we need to turn to Christ for forgiveness and healing. But to think we will never be sick in our lives is not a complete understanding of the Christian faith. Anyway, this topic is vast. Liked your teaching. Thanks for helping people draw near to Christ. Amen. God bless you abundantly. Shalom.

Where's the verse that one can be sick because of the sins if others? Maybe indirectly, but not directly. We reap according to our own sowing. In the OT, it says no more would the father's sins fall to the children.

@@XyzO0o2 True. That's what I meant. We are the body of a Christ. And so one's sin does affect the others. Not directly though. This is called the social aspect of sin. If a child's father commits murder, it will affect the child too. Isn't it? Similarly our sins affect others and our holiness can affect others too. No one lives as an island. We journey as God's people and what we say and do has a bearing on the other. Stay blessed. God bless you abundantly. Shalom.
