Ye 'Intention' wali baat Judge karne ka kyaa Objective Criteria hai? Kaise pata lagaoge ki ladke ka Intention shaadi ka tha ya nahin? That's why this whole 'Intention' scenario regarding so-called False Promise of Marriage doesn't fit the Legal Criteria of Rationality. You can't judge the Probabilistic Future factually, thus this Scenario needs to be removed from Obtaining Consent on Misrepresentation of Fact Scenario. Women should take accountability of their Consent. If women are that gullible and can be Manipulated to give Consent that easily, thus not responsible for their consent, then sorry to say it brings the Validity of their Consent itself to question. Then how is their Right to Consent even Justified?
