Learning not to fear failure is easier said than done. It has to be experienced. Most of it is simply fear of the unknown. Most of that fear dissipates with the right knowledge. You must also learn to embrace discomfort. Discomfort means you're working towards something, and that means you're growing. If you try something and fail. And that makes you uncomfortable. And in that state you start thinking of all the things you should have done... Guess what, you grew. And therefore it wasn't a waste of time.

Starting a business through credit is extremely risky and can cause bankruptcy or homelessness. BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU TAKE YOUR ADVICE FROM.

This is what he meant by crazy faith. If you have no money to your name, then you’re not going to be able to build your business or protect it against unforeseen emergencies where you need capital. If you’re not willing to take risks, then you’re not going to succeed in business, even if you have enough capital to facilitate your business from your own job or a family inheritance.

There's only one thing that makes me a bit depressed when I watched these videos : most of these entrepreneurs started their business when they were really young, 25 years old or something. I started mine last year when I was 34 years old (I still am) so it feels like I'm 9 years behind or something. I know that I COULD get really wealthy in 10-20-30 years but man, it sure as hell feels better to be rich when you're young. I guess it's better than waking up at 70 years old with nothing in your pockets though. Greetings from Germany btw fellas

I have 3 fix & flips going right now, all of them I financed with private money lenders, not banks. I get the money I need faster and with less hassle than dealing with banks and I've built relationships with these lenders so they know when I have a project, they want to finance it because we're all making money. They all know that I use the best attorneys in the business, so if my attorneys sign off on the deal then it's worth their investment. I never use my own money. When I first started they wanted me to fund 20% of the deal, now they fund 100% of my deals, so zero money out of my own pocket.
