In no way am I trying to be mean, just informative. Videos like this are misleading for some people. And these are the only videos I see about pregnancy coming off the pill. I've been on birth control since I was 12 years old due to irregular cycles. Stayed on it until i was 21 now the moment i came off i got my normal period, and did not use a condom ONE time the day after my period and now I'm 7 weeks pregnant. I really thought it would take me up to 6 months at least to have normal enough hormones/ cycles to get pregnant but I saw that positive test and was SHOCKED. By no means does it state it's impossible but most of the videos on it says it takes some time so I'm just amazed because I really thought I'd be somewhat infertile and it was giving me bad anxiety

Hi Ingefleur. I have been on birth control for 4 years. I stopped taking it since one year so I can TTC. I never had any issues with my cycle prior to taking the pill. Once I stopped, my cycles were the same. Very regular, periods on time, etc. Yes my periods were a bit heavier than when I was on the pill. But nothing overly concerning. Since 8 months I’ve been taking OPK tests, all positive. Temperature charting was very textbook like. The last 3 cycles, my temperature does go up and down a lot during the luteal phase. Yet, my periods are on time and still regular. I did have a transvaginal ultrasound done and it says that I have several very small follicular cysts. Uterus is normal and trilaminer. My husband had a semen analysis which was also normal. I’m just wondering that after a year of being off birth control, should I do a detox? My homeopath says I should have detoxed naturally by now since it’s been a whole year of not taking birth control. I’ve also been recommended to take Ovacare supplement which I’ve yet to try. Is there a way I can consult with you virtually well? Thank you!

Moringa is highly beneficial for balancing the hormones and only a certain amount of it should be taken. But as you said it messes with implantation i guess. Actually even I am planning to take Moringa from today. I think I will have it every day and stop once I start ovulating maybe. I tried to search on the internet on how to take Moringa if ttc. But could not find much. But it definitely helps to balance the hormones.

I’ve been watching your videos since I stopped the pill 8 months ago. My cycles were all over the place, from 28 days to 39 days to 43 days. My last two cycles I could finally confirm ovulation with BBT and my last cycle I was even more stable with my BBT. For the first time ever - my breasts got huge right before AF was due and I had severe back pain. We didn’t really time BD correctly as I wasn’t really trying last cycle. I have always been irregular I can go 3 months with out having one but this past year I’ve been getting my period every month. 3 years ago I went to the Er because I was having a lot of pain and the doctor said I had a 7cm tumor on one of my ovaries he scheduled an app to have surgery and remove it but I never went back since I wasn’t having any more pain or anything but this year in June when I got my period it lasted for 16 days and I went to another doctor and I told her about the tumor she did a a lot of blood work a Pap smear, a normal ultrasound a vaginal ultrasound and a biopsy and she said she didn’t see the tumor or any signs of cancer or anything she said maybe it was a cyst and the other doctor thought it was a tumor? Which I don’t see how? But she said my ovaries looked fine and all the other results were fine but she did say I have Pcos and diabetes. So she told me to take metformin and bc pills so it’s been almost a month now since I started taking them. I have been on my period or bleeding because at this point I don’t know if it’s my period or what but I have been bleeding for a month now and this past days has gotten worse today I woke up and I went to the bathroom and before I could even pee I felt a lot of blood come out with blood clots and I called my doctor and she said that it’s normal that bc pills sometimes make you bleed but it should get better in 3 months I told her I stopped taking them 2 days ago to see if i would stop bleeding but all she told me was to keep taking them and that it’s normal to be bleeding a lot has long has I’m not changing a pad in less than 2 hours. So I don’t know what to do now. Please help do you think I should keep taking bc pills?

I’m 26 and I’ve been with my husband since I was 14 and it tooked me 7 years to get pregnant I never knew why i couldn’t and when I was 17 I went to see a doctor to see why I couldn’t get pregnant he said he saw a small cyst on one of my ovaries to just take bc pills so it could go away but since I wanted to get pregnant I didn’t take them and when I was 21 I finally got pregnant and had her at 26 weeks and my doctor while I was pregnant never mentioned anything about the cyst the other doctor saw and when I was 23 that’s when I went to the Er and the doctor saw the tumor and he sent me to see a specialist and I told him before he could do the surgery to do another ultrasound to make sure since he wasn’t the one who did the other one maybe it was a cyst and the doctor at the er thought it was a tumor since it was 7cm? I’m glad I didn’t go to have surgery though because Maybe it was just a cyst I don’t know but my new doctor said she doesn’t see it and that she couldn’t have missed it since it was supposedly that big. But anyway my daughter is 5 now and I still haven’t gotten pregnant again and when she did the biopsy a month ago she did say I wasn’t ovulating and to just keep taking the bc pills. I have read that bc pills can make your periods worse and even make you get blood clots and other things that’s why I decided to not take them anymore but today when I called my doctor to tell her I was bleeding a lot and with blood clots she told me it was normal to keep taking them. Can you give me advice please? Thank you!
