Not go direct with nvq level 7

Nebosh IGc k badh kon sa edu krna chaheye.. othm 6 , NVQ 6 Or idip?? Can we eligible for NVQ 7 after Nebosh IGc???

I have applied for Nebosh, classes will be in may any exam will be in june, i want to ask can i apply for NVQ Level 6 diploma now or in may or i need to wait till i attempt my nebosh IGC exam?
