I enjoy your videos since I was born and raised on a dairy farm in north central Ohio. We got out of the dairy business in 1975 after 3 generations of milking. Just wasn’t any money milking then. Rhonda, you don't ramble. You explain in detail, with your own personal inflection on what ever is happening. Unlike those guys you video, who just babble on incessantly about everything under the sun! 😭😭 Seriously, you do a great job of explaining things, and almost always with a smile. Not as many smiles as Kevin, but he smiles every time he sees you. Smart man 👍👍

As a retired civil engineer who has been around a lot of concrete placements, I would suggest you get concrete with less water in the mix (lower slump) and you will end up with more durable concrete when it has cured to a dry finish. I really enjoy watching you and your family’s farm activities.

Here in Sweden where I live, we had basically no rain from late August to September, until this week, then instead we got 3,5 inches this week, the farmer that rents our farm grounds got the winter wheat into the ground just 1 day to spare until the rain came, so he had great luck with that, and we only had 36F this night here, the leaves are well into autum colors and a lot also is falling down, so winter is on its way, first snow in the north too last week 🙂

As i said last week ,i love hearing about youe family and the ups and downs of farm life. My grand father was a pig farmer , a soul destroying life, except for all the free pork which sent him to an early grave although my mum says that her mother was more likely the cause .lol. As far as attention span i do not think too many under 40,s are watching your channel unless they are from farming families because they just do not understand the necessary work ethic.

I would suggest running the reel disk first so it has firm ground to cut/chop against then hit it with the offset. Then a quick light pass with the reel disk to level. Adjusting and adapting to the situation pretty much sums up farming many days.

I have been following your channel for about a year, Sunday afternoon starts with you! Love each episode, you are the Superwoman - wife, Mom, truck driver, tractor lady, wildlife tender, and an awesome cook I am sure, those meals look so good, wish we could smell on KZbin! Please don’t worry about rambling and 30 min videos are fine and more is better since yours are so easy to listen to. Your family amazes me, what they can fix and can tackle anything! Questions for you for the Q&A: what do you do with the male calves on your dairy operation, what is your faith, and how do you ever get the clothes clean? I thought mine were bad, some of Kevin’s look look like they may need a commercial washer! And you do have an accent, telltale Michigan by the way you pronounce words with two T’s in the middle, love it! I live in Fla, have a tree farm in Ga, so you would be amazed at the ya’ll words and many more of the southern drawl I am told. I am rambling! Sorry Keep up the great work!
