Not going to lie... this trail is SCARY!! | MTB Scotland

It's been a while since I rode a MTB trail scared me! So here we go... 4k POV footage from a steep enduro MTB trail in Scotland. There are plenty committed drop offs and steep chutes. Graded a black on Trailforks.
You can check out plenty other enduro mtb vlogs on the channel with tough natural trails. Top spots we ride often in Scotland are Dunkeld, Golfie, Innerleithen and Aberdeenshire.
Most vlogs are from mountain biking in Scotland with the trips elsewhere now and then. Hope you enjoy this trail POV!

I wish I had an opportunity to ride either of NYNY or Spanner trails dry or even not quite so soaking wet. Especially Spanner is just wicked about half way down it feels like it goes nearly vertical for about 100 meters. You guys killed it, thanks again for the video! @@LauraJaneWeeTamMTB

Respect - well done, looked slippy as ! The trails seem hard enough when dusty dry ! Visited Golfie for 1st time on Friday, running bone dry luckily. I was broken after 46km/1500m climb on the bike tho cos roasting hot, nearly went down this trail, thank god I didn’t and did Spanner instead, was hanging by the end on that 😂

Thanks! To be honest in the wet I think spanner is harder! Funny how much they all change in the conditions. Wow that’s a big day at Golfie!! No wonder you were hanging on by the end haha

That is a tough looking trail. You need full commitment and constant vigilance with all those roots, drops, and trenches and steep tight turns. It doesn't really let up either.

This looks a great trail, that 90 degree drop I bet is a lot worse in person What the hardest tech you have found in the uk? After finding some new stuff (want to try Glencoe black next year)

It is! Dunkeld is a great place for tech. Tucked away in at the downhill side you’ve got a few trails in there that are pretty mental. Pitlochry too 👌
