The symbols for the days are clearer with one of the expansions, but they are based on the character available on each of them; starting from the day with the Sun symbol, the days are Pride, Lust, Gluttony, Envy, Wrath and Sloth. And, I personally say feel free to look up alchemy recipes; experimenting in game just isn't fun with the cost in resources & energy. And another unmarked feature: upgraded morgue equipment slows the rate bodies decay at, with the top one stopping decay as long as the body is on it (always take the blood and fat unless you're gonna burn them! they each add a red skull, and remove a white skull from the body!) And... for a certain material you needed...remember what the red mushrooms are called... I don't know why you can't make sticks. It's weird. And chisel's wear out as you use them but they're still way better than polishing paste for re-use.

Oh my gosh, you just blew my mind, I can't believe I missed the 7 Deadly Sins in the underworld bit--*me*, who's seen Gilligan's Island and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood! Thank you for telling me that! And thank you for all the tips! Agreed, I've been really hesitant to experiment with alchemy because I kept using precious resources just to get gloop, so looking things up is just more reasonable at this point. Hm, I stopped gathering the red mushrooms since they weren't edible, so I'll make a beeline for them next time I record. The chisels, weirdly, have consistently been a stumbling block for me since Day 1. 😅 But that's good to know that the polishing paste isn't worth the effort, I almost turned to that when I couldn't figure out why my chisel wasn't working.
