My 20-year-old son and I have walked the house multiple times - looking at area's of cover/concealment - talking about the roles we would assume - which walls have family members on the other side - etc. We did this just to have some semblance of a plan. *This* is next-level though. This was great. I'd like to see more of this.

Thank you Frogman for a great video. I regularly practice concealment and room clearing.

The amount of times in this video I heard you call out something I completely missed, back it up a bit, and see it, is insane. You're a wealth of knowledge.

This is some invaluable information! A lot of home defense/room clearing for civilians is for solo clearing. It’s good to see teamwork on this concept

Thank you for all this knowledge! We had none of this training in Vietnam. Don't think I'd be effective clearing the whole house by myself.

I love seeing this stuff! Everyone should practice this whether you're clearing with a rifle, handgun or shotgun. Especially if you have a family at home and practice it with them. Thank you for the tips!

Thank you for sharing this with us. Some amazing info. I have one of those opposing bedrooms w/bath situations you showed. It really stinks to 1-man clear. It's truly impossible. But I keep trying to refine how to approach it. God bless you, my brother, and may we have good days ahead of us.

Nice love it . Your attention to detail when training someone is why I look forward to continuing training with you . Most people focus on the dramatic fluff that glamorizes . This is is simple safe and prudent. Love your teaching thank you 🙏.

The dynamics of CQB can vary depending on the number of individuals , layout of the rooms and the firepower of the bad guys. No matter the the plan it can go to pieces within seconds. Your teammates might get hit , there could be booby traps . Everyone has a plan but the plan has to be flexible to accommodate the situation. Going through the first door is the most dangerous part , as one doesn’t know what’s behind it.

Hey brother, thank you for this great video. My dad and I run these drills and he is a retired LEO and asked what is the norm SOP's as of now for when you clear a room about marking that room clear? Close the door back? Leave it open? Mark it? Thanks again brother and we are still praying for you and your family.

Question regarding that last bedroom entry: #1 entered and seemed to have his back to the closet on right before #2 could clear. Wouldn't #1 be real vulnerable in that brief moment before #2 lit up the closet and cleared?

It’s a bad idea to clear your house. Hunker down in your designated safe area, call the cavalry , and don’t let anyone through the door. Classic bottle neck is vastly superior to engaging in the open.
