Im a chef of 30 yrs , its bad enough all the cooked food is left out in the heat and next to rds with traffic. If people need to touch the food give them gloves to wear, you dont know what their hands have touched already . Take it they've not heard of stock rotation, they need to give the birds on the bottom first , all they are doing is taken the fresher ones from the top, hate to thin, hiw long they are sat there before people finally buy them
