"Just trying to enjoy my final few moments with my horse!" I've been tearing up at your reactions. And I'm still emotional after finishing the video. I know I'm two years late to your upload my friend, and I don't comment on videos often, but your experience of this finale is the first I've ever been able to watch from start to finish while being completely engaged and entertained. It's rare to find individuals who are absorbed by the worlds they play in. You're a joy to watch and listen to. It's been a long time since I've been this emotionally invested in someone's experience of something I love with my whole heart. This has been one of my all time favorite games since I was a child, and being able to witness your reactions to finishing it for the first time is really something special in today's day and age. I just discovered your channel through your 'Shadow of the Colossus' playthrough - so, SO glad to see more people discovering this game after it having been out for so long. This is one of my all-time favourites - an absolute treasure. I'd love to see what you make of 'Ico' and 'The Last Guardian', two more stories set in the same beautiful universe as 'Shadow of the Colossus'. Again, they're simply stunning experiences. The way you beat Malus, the last colossus, was marvelous. You were actually supposed to jump to his other hand from the small weak spot on his arm and then stab that hand. Malus would then hold that hand stil and you had to shoot the weak spot near the shoulder with your bow. He would than bring that hand to his shoulder and you could jump of to get to his head. It seems like you found a different way. Also, love your videos.

Wander got turned back to a baby the most pure way of a man. The game was supposed to have 48 colossus but they couldn't had back then, you can still search for images of the colossus. Also you can climb the shrine to reach that secret garden, and if you colect secret coins you can open a door at the shrine to the throne of dormin where you can get his sword. (only in the remake).

@@joeemersed Best game of all time for me. For one reason: it can only work as a game. It could never be a book, a movie or a bi-monthly curated box of snacks. You yourself have to kill the gentle giants to feel the guilt, and you yourself have to grow to love Aggro after the initial frustration. I can't think of any other games that can say that.

Agro is actually a female horse. Fumito Ueda, the creator of the game confirmed himself. Though the game it self doesn't say it anything about it. So it's pretty common to see people getting it wrong, with reason. Anyways, loved your reaction! This game is a masterpiece.

Dormin didn't use Wanderer, he was true to his word and brought the girl back to life. He was up front with his terms in the very beginning, and Wanderer knew what he was getting into. It's debatable whether he was even an evil God to begin with, I tend to believe the theory that he was the god of an opposing tribe to the one we see in the game and was actually benevolent to his people

The girl only resurrected when Dormin vanished, so we don't know if they really kept their word, Dormin warning Wander still doesn't absolve the entity from the fact that they indeed used him to free themselves. It's like accepting consent from an alcoholic, Wander was too desperate to refuse, he already went there with the aim to save the girl and he wouldn't have done anything to accomplish that goal, even dying (which is basically what happened). Dormin might not be and evil being, but surely they aren't even good. Probably just living by their nature. I feel like people always try to find good and bad in everything, when everyone, Dormin, Wander and the humans all use bad means to justify a good. All of them are just doing things out of necessity, fear, or desire, even if all make bad actions. The humans kill a girl to seal a creature that is perceived to be against them, Dormin kills and uses Wander to be set free, Wander kills Colossi who are just existing to save the girl.

Loved your reaction to this game! Shadow of the colossus is actually a prequel set before ICO. That game was about boys born with horns that people considered cursed. Wander turning into a baby with horns makes him the first horned boy

This game is so good. Really is rewarding how it ages in your mind overtime too. It’s hard at first but this journe6 was incredible. A game I would strongly reccomend is sekiro. It’s made by same people as elden ring but is way better. Has a story similar to this and the best combat system ever in a video game

I knew the return of Agro would get you a little emotional. One of the things that has brought so much discussion about this game over the last 17 years is the fact you don't really get any answers. Everyone is left up to decide for themselves what to make of it all. Hopefully "ICO" gets remade for PS4/PS5 so a new generation can experience it. In the meantime there is "The Last Guardian" which is from the same team that made S.O.T.C. I think you'll enjoy that. Also don't forget "Praey For The Gods". Nice playthrough/reactions. :)

I love this story, artwork, it's art! I didn't play it, just watched gameplay because I believe medium is secondary to story or generally info it conveys if you know what I mean? Anyway, some thoughts: 1. How did Agro with a broken leg come back so quicky? 😂😅 2. Anyone noticed how the bridge leading to the temple on which shaman and his soldier escape gets destroyed in the same manner as colossus sculptures? Pillars light up and rumble.. but there are more than 16. Anyway, just my 5 cents. This game is a masterpiece! 😍
