I love your booth. Stop being so hard on yourself. You have a real estate business, a vintage booth, and a relationship. There are only so many hours in a day. So you take a step back once in a while to rejuvenate, it is allowed. Keep up the great creativity!

A simple way to remember how to spell Chinoiserie if the following Chino is erie so that is (Chino)= Chinese in Spanish, then the word ( is ) followed by Lake (Erie)! and viola you have Chinoiserie!

So great to see you back posting. Life happens, things interrupt, others ebb and flow. It's all a process, so just keep doing what you do and don't beat yourself up over not accomplishing all that you had hoped or as soon as you had planned. You've got a lot going on that takes your attention to manage in different arenas, so if the antique mall booth takes a back seat for a bit, so be it. We all need a re-charge from time to time, and the fact that things continue to sell there and some items move very quickly means you're still getting it done. That in itself is a good thing. It's always a treat to see your latest re-set and hear about your process, even if you don't feel that it's working quite as you planned. It looks great!

Amanda ... Thank you for the new video & booth reset ... jumped right on it when it popped up --- You haven't lost one ounce of your mojo ... you have that inborn nack of knowing how to put things together ... classic yet modern, chic& timeless ! ( that's why the point on pieces sell ) Japandi/ Chin has always been a high end bridge between styles... You're great at keeping your anchor base colors & bringing in a new nip of shades & pattern-- Your booth looks so good and as something sells -- you bring in the new that continues to carry the "look" you're after ... that's talent ! ( your music & side-bar looks & close-ups are 👍... ) Sending some fan-love to you & yours !

For the last 50 yrs, my living room has been decorated in blue and white Chinoiserie, classic , never out of style, some of my vases are pricey, but when I started, they were cheap! Repainted one wall in indigo blue the other 3 walls white, I live in New England and my fireplace is huge, so I needed a large white mantle to decorate, and a couple of 4 ft Foo Dogs on both sides of the fireplace. Tansue chest, habersham bar, sofa table, and pagoda lamp, etc. I love you, and your sister, you are so creative, Mom and Dad must be so proud of their girls, I love your guy Mike, my kind of man. Go for it GIRL!

If you feel your booth needs filler, buy good quality silk greenery and flowers, season groups such as Fall, holiday and Spring. Buy only modern, young looking silks that appeal to your age group. Fill your vases and crocks and lay on tables. Price them as they will sell too. Your booth is wonderful.

That one little corner where you said it needed something (I agree!) to give a little difference in heaviness next to those big tables and cabinets, I would do a fern stand topped with a good-sized cachepot (for sale) with a faux palm in it (NFS). Something very steady so that it won't tumble like a house of cards if somebody gets in there pulling the paintings and mirrors off the wall.

I love chinoiserie (shin wah siree).... it's very easy to suffer burn out in this business...just the physical aspect can wear you out...then the creative angle...keeping your booth attractive, trying not to over fill it but yet not have it look empty and of course, to keep your head financially above water you know have to keep going...Until you are in the business, most people have no idea how much work is involved, but your booth always looks very attractive!!! Keep up the great work and rest every chance you get!!!

Your booth always looks amazing Amanda!... it looks more like a showroom than a booth! Even when it's "empty"... I covet your space and wish hope and pray I find something like it .. I have a 10 x 8 space with a 10 x 3 x 3 upper shelf area that I cram (as nicely as I can) as much as I can up there just to showcase as much as I can using many layers with small table etc.... and luckily the owners let me spread out into the hall area where they keep bigger items which helps orientate people to walk around the whole flea market space. I have only had it for a few weeks now and have had to leave it in a mess a lot just to get everything in an organized. I still have 3 cabinets that I need to move in and I may try and get another space at another market just to try and move things I have had over the years. If I didn't watch your channel and just saw the finished "resets" I would think you were in a New York Loft apartment! ...I know this video was a while ago but honestly everything I have seen you do is incredible. I went to College for a 3 year interior / architecture course and you know all the design elements naturally... and you love it so that is half the battle~!

I was an antique store owner for 20 years and when I sold that store property 3 years ago I had tons of inventory left. I went into an antique mall two years ago and love the fact that I do not have to sit at a store. As of this Oct I will have had my second booth in the mall. I started to be more consistent with my instagram and I started to noticed positive results both in engagement and acquiring new customers and sales. Now I need to apply equal amounts of consistency to my youtube channel because oh boy, it needs work , it's growing painfully slow, but I'm confident I can get there.
