Great work, such a large yard to clear, front and back. It amazes me the number of abandoned properties in the US. If houses are left by tenants and not relet why doesn’t owner sell? Must have more money than sense.

You should always pick debris, like loose dead branches and other trash before you mow. Make it easy on yourself to have clear ground when you mow. I guess that's the only thing that you need to improve in your routine, otherwise you are doing great! You deserve more than 10K Subscribers.... go, go, go.

In overgrown yards walking around and picking up debris is the first thing I do. in many cases the grass is so tall you will miss most of them, It is difficult to pick up all of them before mowing.

So disheartening that people are so quick to say that the previous homeowner was irresponsible when America had a recession 15-20 years ago and thousands lost their homes and more due to upsidedown mortgages. Thank you to those helping with money for gas and supplies. Nice place to have found to do a Restoration. Pretty charming you arrived "just in time" to help prevent a fine. Nurses work really hard and have long hours. Appreciate the skill and hours you put in.

Nicely done Cris! Looks amazing. I sincerely hope the owner will keep the place neat and tidy. There really is no excuse for letting it get that run down. While the nurse may be busy, she can find time, or hire someone to keep the place up. Or, now that the grass is at a manageable length, the neighbor can mow it, and possibly the owner can pay them a small stipend for the time and effort.
