Very impressive kit Nigel! I like the workable suspension. My hope is that RFM soon will offer a "Porsche turret" version. The first 50 King Tigers were fitted with an earlier design of turret manufactured by Porsche, thus the name. Beautiful tank and Dottie is a real sweetheart! 🐶

I have Panzer 3, Tiger 1 and KV1 from RFM. Just finished the Panzer 3, amazing kits and honestly very reasonable priced for what they offer. Looked this up,still not available in my country but i think i am gonna get that as well. ps. Watch chemicals,paints etc with the puppy, mine tried to chew a ca glue. She is a cutie!

It does look like a cracking kit Nigel. I already have the Hobbyboss King Tiger Porsche Turret and some metal track links. My guess is the Hobbyboss King Tiger will not be as easy a build as this. Rapidly becoming a fan of RFM. I will send you some pics of the Puma of theirs I am doing.

Are you going to do theGloster Meteor book review...? Take Dottie for a long walk and show the pictures in the book with "same place now" comparison and Dottie can run around and play. Would be a good video...different but really great!

Nigel, ive built a.couple.of rye field.models, and generally i found that the number in the brackets was for.the oppoaite side, so if it shows a.part going in on the left side the part number in brackets is for the right, and visa vera.

Nigel, given the torsion bars wont do much with link and length tracks. it is actually worth faffing around with in practice ?

Yes, I also mentioned that in this video, and also said that working suspension probably wouldn't work with link + length tracks.

Nigel. I dont know if you watched the Andy's Mod channel review of the new Takom Panther G "super blitz" which is designed to be build rapidly. I think Andy said an afternoon build. Do you think this is similar in approach ?
