Tough kit to build, but you did a great job making a fine display model. Too bad you didn't use the pilot figure. Planes look better populated. Hahaha! Keep having fun. Bill

Good job, from a bad kit. Humbrol though an airbrush?? I always use Hungrol, never with an airbrush, can l ask what thnner you use, and to what ratio?

Thank you so much for your comment. I use only humbrol and revell paints on airbrush as they where better then acrylic paints. My ratio usually is 50/50%. That is almost all the time.

Humbrol enamel paints are good , works fine with white spirit, revell enamel paints the same.. But revell paints are excellent quality, both enamel and aqua acrylics.

its a wonder you had any model left after 7hr sanding !! have you tried orbital sander ?

Hand sanding is what i prefer.. more of it i do, more precision i have. Yes i do have a cheap one but not using it much. Thank you for your comment.

I assembled the same kit 2 years ago. Too many fitting issues. I should have bought a hasegawa or Tamiya Nighthawk instead.
