Hello . Did you manage to find the problem ? I have exactly the same situation, power is everywhere and the CPU has no initialization.

If your CPU LED is lit, it's probably hopeless because I think it's cracked balls under the CPU socket - this is a guess based on a different MB that had broken connection between CPU and RAM and a lit GPU LED -. If it's not lit, it's probably something else, ie, not terminal. When I did my research I found a lot of people with different solutions for this problem, and that's when I realised it the same symptom caused by lots of different faults. Adamant IT has a repair of this MB without the LED lit.

A repair turned up with a CPU fail LED, and it was the bios, ie, it might not be hardware like I thought kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z4SznXeOoMyriZo
