Maverick, we should take a lesson from you and Dionne....we can disagree with someone but still be civil and respectful , as you and Dionne are to each other. Personally, I think Junelle is over reacting a bit and I agree with you that "nobody naa do her nothing", but I am not in her head so I can't tell her how to feel. One thing I have noticed ( and if I am wrong, someone please correct me) is that Junelle has not acknowledged how some Jamaicans may feel about her actions even though those actions may have been harmless. She needs to say something to the effec of "mi peeps, mi never mean nuttin by it and mi sorry unu feel mi betray Ja but nuttin no go so, mi a black, green and gold forever" . It has also been said that Noah is her boyfriend so it is natural for her to share things like this with him. My understanding is that they have been a couple for about 2 years, but Noah said she told him things as far back as 5 years ago. Again, this may be harmless, but they need to acknowledge that the optics don't look good. I am not bashing Junelle, I like her a lot and wish her all the best in her athletic career and beyond. I believe the young lady was or is studying law at UTECH, so kudos to her. She needs to drop the issue and move on, or get a PR person to handle it.

If grown adults can be affected by words to the point that they commit suicide, then we should never treat words lightly. We should all grow a broader back for insults/criticism, but we can also address the impact verbal attacks has on someone. You countered all her counteractions except the ones where she actually quoted the specific comments that led to all this.. I have to be running all over place afraid to stay at stop to go home home just to name. A few. Thank God I overcame that fear and trust God. My suggestion is just leave this girl alone. Let her be.
