I'm mining Quai at night because of heat issues. It's not supposed to be 80+ degrees during the day in Feb. But I am in Florida so that doesn't help. But as far as clocks go, I just use the power limit as a means of controlling clocks. Set it at 100-120 watts and let the cards figure out where they want to be

Having core clocks set doesn't matter when you have a 150 PL in place... and some cards won't let you set a PL lower than 100 watts.

That being said I would set the lower clocked rig to 100-120 PL across them all and take off the core clock, the GPUs will then do whatever to stay at that PL.
