What if you don't have the panel, is there a manual switch to test the pump? My water level is about an inch from the floor I just noticed when going in there

Can you fill through the outlet tube mine is sealed for radon mitigation.

No. That will need to be removed. There is a check valve that will not let water back flow.

@@1-Tom-Plumber thank you I tried unplugging it and plugging back in again. I could hear the pump running for a few seconds so that’s good I’ll have to break the seal and pour some water down to make sure it’s pumping

Can't you just lift the float switch
