The grocery store was Wangsgards, A Ridley's Family Market. Between it and the GenX store was an Ace Hardware store. The structure with the overhang on the opposite side of the Wangsgards was a USPS Office. I discovered this by finding the location of the GenX store and looking at past dates on Google Street View.
