My husband and I was out there yesterday. I saw what it looked like a huge sheep head or black drum in very shallow waters. We tried catching it, but it got spooked by a school of fish.

Go to the Hospital Creek Kayak Launch for free oysters. I got 40 lbs. in an hour. Tide comes in stupid fast though, mind. Tip: if you find a good cluster above water, there are a ton more keepers below the same cluster.

These were left over from a party. I think it's only a 5 gallon bucket per person a day in my area. Not sure though. Need to check regulations. Thanks for the tip
