I like your theory. If the Timmy look like appear in second season and have an episode focus on him. He might reveals that his biological parents were Ma and Pa Turnbaums. He may or not kept his parent’s surname or change it to his adopted parent’s last names so people won’t bullied him for being a son of criminals.

Wow, now that is a great theory. Though I could imagine the Turnbombs probably abandoned him in foster care, only for him to be taken in by a better family. Wow, this makes Timmy’s own parents look better than the Turnbombs. While not saying much, it’s a still a lot.

The funny thing is he faints when a kid says at the squirrel Timmy turner mascot “ I dunno just some squirrel.” And the bus driver Timmy faints.

I believe also, remember Sanjay's date, Kimmy, who looks exactly like Timmy Turner but female. Well, I believe that Kimmy is might been the Turnbaums daughter, which explains that uncanny resemblance

@@CigarRatboy I believe that Hazel Wells is the next Cosmo and Wanda's godchild after Tammy and Tommy Turner, due to they grown up, moved to college and no longer needs fairies. Possibly Tammy and Tommy Turner making an appearance as teenagers/young adults in New Wish, as Anthony's college classmates.

It's a reference to the first episode of the original series but he's been stated to NOT be Timmy which makes sense. we've seen what Timmy looks like at age 30
