Plaintiff’s mother is the root cause of this suit. She’s down for anything to stick it to the father and his wife. Plaintiff is definitely telling lies and just not willing to abide by the rules of her father’s home. Jamaican daddies don’t play about their daughters! I’m so grateful for whatever discipline I received from my family. It’s taken me through this life with a lot more ease.
@nekoabernathy9831Ай бұрын
I think that there's also a cultural impact in this relationship that should be considered. The judge is Hispanic, so you would think she'd understand it a little more. I grew up Hispanic. Things were always REALLY different than how my Caucasian friends were raised. When you live under the roof of Hispanic parents, that means you go by their rules no matter how old you are. I'm betting that growing up Jamaican is similar? There's always a level of respect for ur elders, especially if they're paying for something. We are taught that following the rules that comes with a big gift like that is what you're supposed to do to show respect and gratitude, especially when you or ur elders grew up poor or in small villages $1000 may not always be a lot but when your talking about say ur nana (grandma) $1000 feeds her entire village for a LONG time & that's a BIG reason why we are taught to respect the rules that come with a gift like that. I've seen a lot of people say "I could never sue my kid" or "I could never sue my parents" but what those people don't realize is not everyone grows up in kind, loving, and functional homes there's only so much a*use, disrespect, and hurt you can take before you have to put ur mental health 1st and cut off the arm to save the body. Another thing I've seen from my Caucasian friends is that it's very common for them to put their aging parents and grandparents in a nursing home that was always crazy to me because we are taught to keep a family together and to help care for our elders in our home as they took care of us. It's clear this girl and even her sister have been problematic for a VERY long time & living with their biological mom has allowed them to get away with some really disrespectful and entitled behavior, she said her step mom "got in the way" of her relationship with her father but I have a suspicion it's because her step mom doesn't allow her to manipulate her father like she does her biological mother. She lied so easily, and without flinching to a JUDGE, I can't imagine what's it's like to live with a kid who's THAT misbehaved & disrespectful & dating a 34 year old man with kids who's most likely married at 16 & acting like it's no big deal is incredibly problematic, the bio mom knew yet didn't call the police & report that man for praying on her daughter tells me everything I need to know about her she'd rather be a friend to her kids while the step mom & father are trying to be parents, I'm also betting by the look on the sisters face the alleged "a*use" was in actuality her dad giving her rules & not letting her go act like a fool & do whatever she wants, parents take away things they buy for their kids as punishment all the time this case was no different.
@kellyannr4171Ай бұрын
@@nekoabernathy9831 I could NEVER rest knowing any of my family is in a nursing home. Like you said, culturally that’s not done in Jamaican families. We revere our elders. Plaintiff is simply defiant and disrespectful. Dad is hurt but I suspect he will get over his hurt and continue to be a father to his daughters.
@nekoabernathy9831Ай бұрын
@kellyannr4171 oh ya I remember when I first heard that people put their parents and grandparents in nursing homes I was completely blow away, especially when they admit how their parents or grandparents were ALWAYS there for them and were the ideal parents it's really seemed to me like something you would do to someone you don't like I remember my Nana saying she'd rather d*e then be put in one of those, as Hispanics we usually have huge families so it's not difficult to have someone to help care for our elders, imagine putting a baby in a home because they can't care for themselves that's what I saw it as. Hispanic fathers are like that too, firm but nurturing and even tho some kids make mistakes ur father will always love you and be there when u need him, he may be disappointed and stop talking to you for a bit but again he'll always be there for his babies and eventually he will come to have a conversation about mending the relationship.

@@kay22100honestly I think she probably learned it on her own and never had it corrected, when you have separated parents if they don’t have a good relationship with one another and aren’t communicating you can very easily lie and manipulate them. This behavior starts at 5/6 because this is when kids really start to test boundaries (just naturally), if the parents aren’t communicating they’re not realizing until it’s become an ingrained habit. I have a stepdaughter who’s 5 and this behavior has begun, but luckily me and her mom get along so I just call her if I have questions, I always make sure to double check things as to not allow that behavior to start, I also explain to her that lying isn’t okay and that if one adult says no than the answer is no. She’s a really well behaved kid because she knows all the adults in her life get along and she has a stable structure around her, I have a feeling the girl in the video didn’t have a similar upbringing and probably played her parents against eachother (innocently at first) and eventually when she was old enough it was just apart of her behavior

She lied about why she moved. They lied about her knowing why the insurance and the title was put in there name. She’s lying about seeing/dating that 34 year old. A MESS.

good point, they should have enforced her rights as a minor (depending on the state for age of consent) instead of trying to control her

SMH this judge. She’s a 17 year old and she’s questioning why he kept the car after he paid $900 and she was not following rules. WOMAN! She’s still under my house and when my child is not following rules, I’m gonna take away phone, tv, car whatever I helped you to help you grow but there are consequences 🤌🏻 seriously Milian😒

YES JUDGE , I RELUCTANTLY ADMIT WE DEFRAUDED THE INSURANCE COMPANY . INSURANCE IS JUST SO MUCH CHEAPER FOR A 17 OR 18 YEAR OLD , IF WE LIE !!! NEVER SPEAK TO YOUR OWN CHILD AGAIN , OVER A RELATIVELY SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY . HOW VERY 😢 SAD... JUDGE MILLIAN YOU ARE THE PRETTIEST JUDGE & YOU ROCK !!!❤🎉❤

To say you are just going to write off your kids forever because you don't like their teenage behavior is super sad.

Intelligent Young Lady that had to grow up way too fast, but me being a father of a daughter, who's also my only child , no matter what she done, I could never see me, totally turning my back on her, those are her life choices to make at the end of the day, not mine -SMH 😝💯
@deemcgriff4196Ай бұрын
I wouldn't say she had to grow up too fast. She's a typical teenager that wants to live her life her way, which is probably why she bounced back and forth between both parents. You see when she left her dad's house she did not go back to her mother; mom was probably over it. She's sneaky and lies to her advantage...

Idc what the daughters did…as a FATHER you don’t write your THREE DAUGHTERS off forever just cause they are a little bad. They aren’t slinging drugs, they aren’t knocked up, they aren’t stealing or gang banging. He’s acting like they murdered a kid or something. And before I get any crybaby replies…think about it. What would YOUR CHILD have to do to make you NEVER have anything to do with them ever again? Yea. It’s definitely not a bs little fight over a $900 car is it?
@chemystrypassionfyre729Ай бұрын
a little bad? she went to court and said he was abusing her! xD just cos your a dad doesnt mean you dont have feelings at all.
@Lenape_LadyАй бұрын
@@chemystrypassionfyre729 So that would make you abandon your child until the day you die??? Geez I guess your pride and hurt ego is more important than figuring out WHY she felt like she had to do that and working hard with a therapist to fix their broken relationship….you know…what a mature, responsible, emotionally stable adult parent does.😒 Besides, ONE daughter did that. The youngest. And if you didn’t see it, at the very end her father or the stepmother said something nasty to her and she responded with a lot of anger and emotion. That doesn’t come from nowhere. Children don’t lie and go all the way through *multiple* CPS interviews and investigations and then to literal criminal court to be questioned by a prosecutor, the defense and a Judge just cause they got mad. Something happened. And as a father…as a PARENT…it’s up to YOU to be the adult and put YOUR OWN EMOTIONS to the side for the mental health and wellbeing of your child. If you can’t see this then I pray that if (or when) you have kids, that you don’t let your own hurt feelings interfere with how you raise them.
@QuadriviumNumbersАй бұрын
@@Lenape_Lady Your opinions are clearly immutable. You must be hell to live with, or typically a single mammy who cannot keep a man for love nor money. Your "momma" is probably your best friend. Smh
@chemystrypassionfyre729Ай бұрын
@Lenape_Lady well from what you're saying it seems that the best thing for the mental wellbeing of this child is to not let her be with her father. 👀 obv the family isn't stable. One daughter claimed abuse and the other is a child dating an old man which interestingly only the father actually seemed to care about.

The sad reality is that the girl is ungrateful, has a lying spirit, and has burned bridges with the man who brought her into this world. Hopefully, she turns her behavior around. Forgiveness takes root, and she changes her evil ways!
