Not Working Properly - MESTEK Infrared Thermometer IR03A and a look inside a non contact infrared thermometer.
I searched all over the internet, but couldn't find how to calibrate it to show the exact temperature. But I found that others have the same problem.

I have the same problem. The device was bought a year ago, worked well, and then suddenly began to show incorrect readings. When you measure body temperature, it shows Lo, and the cold floor (+23 in reality) is 227

It's not for body temp measurements anyway it say so even on product sides.

Maybe you have mixed up Fahrenheit and Celsius 🤔 also some devices show low if the battery is low on power.

You must recalibrate it inside the menu you were in the video. Mine works almost the same way. It needs Cal A, B, C, E and F. You must calibrate 0C, 25C, 250C, 600C. I believe if some value gets overwritten or corrupted, it needs to be recalibrated. For that you'll need accurate devices that can produce the temperatures described above.
