I thought some of these comments were reasonable. Some of them were just people basically saying "I don't like it" so that's fine, but I do think that one person who wrote "this leaves the one area that I would want to cover completely exposed" actually had a very reasonable point. Is it that hard to understand that some customers can't articulate respectfully all the time? there will be good customers who will point out your flaw respectfully, but not everyone will do that. Businesses are always expected to treat both the good and bad customers with humility and respect, not by making a video that makes you look "savage". and no, the commenter did not say that she should take everything to heart and feel discouraged. stop making accusations and putting words in their mouth. there is something called maintaining decoram and professionalism in a business setting, and they are expected to portray respect and calmness in managing customers and striving towards their satisfaction. that is how businesses work. customers don't act entitled, THEY ARE entitled from the business's perspective.

I think the only people being mean here were the Popflex people replying, because honestly, most of those comments weren't even people hating on the brand. "I don't wear V-Necks" - sure, that sounds like a You problem, but it's not directed at Popflex specifically. It's just a person saying "Okay, but this product's not for me." Same way that the button comment was a complaint. Popflex was the one being unnecessarily sassy and snappy at them.

For a brand that cares so much about customer feedbacks, it's extremely ironic that you'd do this. More than half of those comments raised valid criticisms and weren't half as mean as your responses to those comments. This just insinuates that you only care about criticisms that you agree with and honestly it's not a good look on the brand. Edit: Just went through the comment section. Doesn't seem like I'm the only one who feels this way. And popflex not adressing the criticisms and just replying to positive comments only goes to prove my point.

@@nickeni3050 hi! i didn't say particularly that "they" said they were hate comments, i said that there are videos of other businesses receiving hate comments when they actually aren't hate. maybe read what i said? why yes, i can in fact tell the difference between spite and feedback, and yes, some comments were mean, but some of them weren't. whatever the case, i think businesses should be respectful to all the clients, both good and bad. you can't find all the customers giving you respect, telling good about your products, or wording criticism correctly. surprise! not everyone are critiques! if they want to retain their customers or increase their sales, businesses must approach these comments with humility and respect. take the root of the problem, and think how you can improve. comparing brands is what customers do, it's how consumerism works. it's a customer oriented market. that said, i agree with your last statement. but the fact they included in the category of "mean" comments was not a good move.
