A laptop battery may slow charge if powered off. If powered on, low power supply is ignored as the battery circuit is focused on power outage potential and quick power delivery for disaster recovery.

It can barely charge on a 12v PD adapter. Anything lower it’ll only charge while it’s sleeping or off. I have one

Robot voice might be better than thick accent or strong dialect. Perhaps the natural voice of the uploader is not intelligible outside of their locality?

IT's affecting an entire country's govt sectors the Dell 5240 had daily issues such as 1. Keyboard keys dropped off 2. Docking buzzing 3. HDMI failed 4. Display failed 4. Touchpad failed 5. Skype output/sound failed etc etc. Shameless company worst product in the world
