I bet it has a weird smell. I know a historic cemetery on northwest highway that is actually for sale on a acre lot. I remember when they only wanted 180k now it’s up to a million. The issue I have with it is that it has a weird smell. And if you build a house or whatever you will basically own a cemetery because it will be on your property.
