Hey Arjen! In regards to the upcoming Ayreon concerts, does The Universal Migrator Pt 1 and 2 count as one cohesive album, or will it be a minimum of 2 songs from both Dream Sequencer and Flight of the Migrator? I have my fingers crossed for My House on Mars and Dawn of a Million Souls (but I know the latter will be played ;)

The Universal Migrator Pt 1 and 2 count as one album. I know... too many albums and tracks to choose from, it was agony!

Great interview. Best I've seen with Arjen talking about the Source. Well done

Specifically mentioning Devin and Michael as people he'd want to work with again made my day. I was afraid he'd be on less than ideal terms with Devin. Can't wait for this album. Getting a new headphone amp for it.

I hope Arjen is reading this. To get around the logistics of doing a world tour with your known guests. Could you hire local talent to manage and perform your music in certain regions and perform a full stage show based on The Human Equation or The Theory of Everything? Would love too see a full stage show at the Sydney Opera House or Adelaide's Festival Theatre (my home town).

And now you should get Roger Waters and David Gilmour and make a kind of drama alert show

In my point of view The Source is a good album but not the greatest Ayreon, even the first track "the day that the world breaks down" is one of the best tracks of Ayreon. I really like Tommy Karevik and Michael Eriksen singing on it. The first cd is quite impressive but i'm sceptic about the second part and the plot seems to be a little bit too simple. I still love The Theory of everything and I love the The theatre equation, the non SF stories, I must admit that I prefer Ayreon when it is about human choices. I have appreciate a lot The Gentle Storm too. By the way it remains great music and i'm happy to know that the record is charting high in several countries, Ayreon deserves it truly ! Hope that your shows in september will be released quickly ! ;)

Discipline is my favorite King Crimson album. I never understood all the attention Court of the Crimson King gets. It's a good album, but can't beat Larks', Red, Lizard...
