Sobering is the word. The election results sobered me profoundly. I credit it to God because I knew what it meant. Haven't been the same since. God had to wake us up. I've never been more deeply appreciative of the character of God because it's such a stark contrast to MAGA's god. Christ is the opposite of the Antichrist, so His followers should be the opposite of his. I want to be holy because He is holy as never before because I see so clearly now what the other side turns people into.

I always thought "many turning away from the faith" as predicted by Christ was of a physical nature (and indeed that has happened to an extent). Now I realize what he really meant was about the hardness of hearts from those still professing to be his followers

After years of re-study of the theology of salvation, that is the conclusion I draw as well. About 1/3 of the classic theologians and Early Church taught clearly that "believers" can and will fall away from the Faith in multitudes in the Last Days. Hardly any churches teach that anymore in favor of the Hyper-grace Heresy that distorts even the Calvinist message by defaulting to the OSASNMW (Once Save Always Saved No Matter What) position. DK

I absolutely love this video my dear friend and I've seen it once before. It is a perfect harbinger of what's coming to us starting next January. It also reminds me of a study I recall from graduate school by Stanley Milgram I believe it was. He demonstrated the same authoritarianism in virtually all the test subjects who ostensibly delivered high threshold of pain administrations just because a man in a white cloak told them to. Also, I really think you would enjoy this commentary by Frank Shaeffer it’s called something along the lines of “may I warn you about project 2025” it’s about 20 min or so long … it was very eye opening to the origins of project 2025 and how Trump was chosen to be the one to bring it forward and how it goes all the way back to Opus Dei and Roman Catholics. Frank is very knowledgeable and well spoken. But can be a little crass with his language at times, but it’s worth watching🙏

@jsh111 To be saved is to owe allegience only to God and the Son He sent to earth to die on the cross as the Saviour for all who repent of their sin. These "saved" people follow Jesus' teachings which are written in the New Testament. Jesus is of the most impotance to them. Not any one else has the same first place in our lives, especially a corrupt leader like Donald Trump or the pastors who promote him as their president. I hope I have answered your question. Thank you for asking. Please feel free to ask any other questions. No, you are not "saved" if Trump is first place in your life above Jesus.

A good and timely question my friend. I occasionally attend a small church here in town of about 50 to 70 folks. I think it's affiliated with Baptist and his captain by a young gifted teacher who teaches expository and I like that. We are currently in some sober discussions about how far Romans 13 takes us down the road of obeying an honoring "all" leaders. We disagree. But we're trying to work through it since I've had to leave a half a dozen churches over the last I don't know nearly 10 years. None are able to lay it out there like it truly is. DK
