Yes! The color corrector was great. The red was beautiful on your lips! The mixture of the blushes was so pretty-it did look like a flush of color. I am not into cream products but, this is so well done that I may pick it up! You looked so beautiful❤️

I’ve seen “experts” say you need to match the depth of your color corrector to the depth of your dark circles. It seems to work. So while I am very pale, my circles are very dark (thanks allergies and genetics). A medium corrector seems to work better for me although I do need to mix in a lighter concealer. Alternatively I can use a concealer that’s a shade darker than my face. For example the Sara Creal lightest concealer and VB second lightest are too dark for me but work pretty well as color corrector. Nothing covers mine 100% so I prefer a light weight formula that I can layer. Nothing beats the Seam Korean brand correctors for being light weight and not creasing.

Looks great. I am not one to use those for foundation etc. but if you are it’s very convenient and beautiful colors. I love that little concealer! I say little because it’s the only one I can use for makeup no makeup. It’s a fav lighter day concealer. I finally got vieve skin tint thing yesterday I love it! 200 matched perfectly even though it’s cool. They did say stretching I doubted but I’m a believer. It’s not too dewy held up great.

I have one of the original versions of this that has EVERYTHING in it that I really need to use more. I like the fact that this is just blush and highlighter. I feel like I would be more likely to use that. With the other one for some reason I want to go all or nothing with it and I don’t always want that foundation and concealer formula.

I was a voracious reader and even I rarely read a magazine anymore. Video for makeup is so much better, tbh. Today I only have digital NYT. Everything else is video. I also still have a library in my house with my pre-Kindle books. I’m not looking forward to parting with them when we downsize for retirement.

interesting comment about wearing darker colour correctors than what is typically recommended! something i've been thinking about a lot lately is the way that my face is structured & how light & dark can make areas more prominent or less. generally speaking, because i'm about an NC5 and most concealer shades are sort of lazily formulated (as in: they dont have a transparent base, they are like "Light Shade + White" to create the overall lighter tone on the assumption that no one is really my skin tone but rather will use the shade to highlight, which, sigh....), i find that both concealers & correctors when technically "right" for me tend to draw the eye due to the way they interact with light (depends on the lighting of course), rather than hide an area that i dont want to highlight! its a bit frustrating but yeah, i tend to pick darker shades!

I beg to differ. My everyday makeup consists of highlighter and blush, the cost of a high end highlighter is expensive these days, add 1 blush and you’re well over 100$ for two products. This is a big amount of money to put on something one shot lol but it’s worth it and you save in the long run. I’m waiting for the sale.
