Sure, you can see it here: pd3.gg/skills?s=D124j125m1234N1245P1q136r12s12467 The order of the skill trees on this site wasn't updated when the UI rework shifted those around, but the skills themselves are all still the same. This is just my general stealth build - I don't have a build specific to mask stealth, so it still has Grifter skills included. There's also some skills that I use just because I think they're neat - primarily the CQC Specialist stuff - that you'd probably be better off putting into something more useful like throwing knives or ammo bags. You'd think Menacing would be one of those less useful skills, but I've actually found it very useful for dealing with guards who've spotted me at inopportune times, since people don't get alerted a guard dropping his weapon, so you can grab him and drag him away where shooting him would definitely have others notice the body. I'll concede that Drop Cloth is probably way more practical than this, but I think that's a dumb skill conceptually so I don't use it.
