Close. It's "guy" not "gun", and Conor is singing about "The Elms", not "the Alps". The Elms is a ropey pub in Leigh-on-Sea, and The Cliff is a more pleasant one a few miles up the road in Southend (there's a bit of artistic licence with the geography in the lyrics ☺️)
