Do you sometimes have hearing problems? Play the original - it's far from the original. Too sweet without expressiveness. For me, on HIGH END equipment, it sounds weak compared to the original. Well done to the performer for his courage because Sinead's songs are very difficult to sing.

Just a microphone and a backing track. Sounded the exact same as SHE did on this video. No need to be rude. She wasn’t trying to sound the exact same as Sinead and the commentator wasn’t claiming that she did. So how about you shut up and stop spreading hate. There’s no denying this woman has got talent. And there’s no denying Sinead has. But there’s no one saying she sounds the exact same eather. So stop being rude. Shut up. And stop spreading hate to innocent everyday people. It’s that simple.

I posted a comment on this song one year ago, and I saw that Sined O'Conner had lost her son and she, herself, was in the hospital. I always felt that her voice was amazing. Now I re-discovered Alyona's version and my heart is filled with some feelings I don't even understand, but I think that's the power of music. It connects us and I'm not sure what else I can say, other than this version touched my soul. Thank you, again.

i clicked on Alyona for the 1st time a few months ago and honestly wasnt expecting much. it was a song by Whitney Houston. "no one can pull off covering Whitney" was my feeling. Alyona changed that, she nailed it, she made a 52 yr old man tear. she went on to cover other epic woman i honestly didnt think could be, like Celine and now Sinead. my favorite being Janis Joplin "Piece of my Heart", most wouldnt dare and you nailed it, just like this one, be proud girl! much love

I once met a trans woman who could sing Whitney at-pitch note for note without a single mistake. And I'm talking "I Will Always Love You" and "Dance With Somebody" Whitney, perfectly. If I could have, I would have offered them a recording contract right there in that karaoke bar. When I say they tore the roof off of that place, I mean they tore it *completely off.* 150 people applauding loud enough to rattle the walls, and this was in a conservative southern town. Talent often resides in the most unexpected of places and people. Despite all of our faults, we can be such a truly wondrous and spectacular species when we want to be. Thank you so much for holding onto that tearful sense of connection and wonder even after over half a century of life, for you undoubtedly continue to radiate that positivity out to others in a world that needs so much more of it. ❤️
