How are the headphones with glasses? I've been trying to find open ear headphones that still work well with glasses, and I've tried the Bose Ultra Open, but they've been pretty buggy for me.

These look really interesting for playing games and still be able to hear my partner next to me over the sound.

Since I know you reviewed the linkbuds (which i have), what are your thoughts between the linkbuds (or Sony's more recent offerings) and these?

I'm planning on doing a video on the new LinkBuds lineup soon, I will give thoughts on that then :)

What about glasses? Does it bother you after wearing them with glasses for a long time?
@jvtechtea2 ай бұрын
I wear very lightweight glasses, so it hasn’t been a problem for me. The earhook sits on top of the glasses arms in my case

As someone who has preferred the Galaxy Buds Live for a few years now, this is a cool device. I prefer the Buds Live because I like the stealthy look where it's not immediately obvious you're wearing buds. The Nothing Ear Open might end up being better overall, but visually I don't like how much they stand out. I've heard bone conducting earbuds are also pretty good, but haven't looked into them much

Most bone conduction earphones will have the same conspicuous look as the Nothing Ear (open), to be fair

I wonder if the Nothing Ear (stick) sounds similar to this (open)
@jvtechtea2 ай бұрын
Pretty similar! I think they're fairly comparable, with the fit being the main way that they are different.

I think the *idea* of open ear earbuds is fine. They have their place. But when you consider everything these earbuds *don't* give you, I don't think you can justify $150. First of all, they have to be graded on a curve. "...for open ear earbuds." Whether that's bass or sound quality. Because they're open ear earbuds, there's no ANC or hi-res codecs. I would actually applaud them for leaving those out -- except the earbuds are priced as if they had them. I understand that there are people who find in-ear earbuds uncomfortable or even just plain can't wear them. There's a market for these. But I've seen open ear earbuds for $50. At that price, I think they're reasonable, but not for $150.
