so many times when there was nothing else in this world to keep me going, n,n.'s expression and art gave me something worth living for. joe said he felt like he was in a different world when he wrote this song and i'm so grateful he broguht that world to life. i can't even express how much this song actually means to me. but i've wanted to make a cover of it ever since he made the one take version. i was addicted to it, i swear, haha.
this one is obviously faaar from perfect. i also forgot this version of the song is that long, so making like 20 takes was kinda exhausting at some point, haha. i didn't have the balls to re-record it again and again so at some point i just decided to stick with this one.
btw. i thought i was done with pharyngitis but... apparently and unfortunately i was wrong and my voice was still raspy sometimes, so i'm really sorry for that. but i didn't wanna wait any longer.

I very often heard "rejector" by nothing,nowhere. I often walked in the forest, around the lake and listened to this song. Perhaps I would call this song my favorite. We were together for 3 years and she just changed me. Lying on the freeway Thinking about what she says I was very imbued with nothing, nowhere. I even picked up a guitar for the first time in my life. Tried to play "wooden home" by n,n. I didn’t find a good guide anywhere, even then I didn’t understand how to tune the guitar to different tunes. In your cover of wooden home, you left a link to the guide - according to it, for the first time in my life, I played this song. And almost cried. How did this touch me to the heart.. I have not seen good covers of n, n. I tried to find something, but nothing touched me to the heart. Something was missing. And then one day, by chance, I notice your cover on rejector. I was very impressed with your voice. I cannot convey in this language the full range of adjectives that I would like to describe your voice. The way you pull sounds (I'm not good with vocals. But I hope you understand what I mean), the way your eyes move, I felt such closeness looking at it. Hah, and this poster n,n behind you... so beautiful. What feelings does this evoke in me..
