My idea for a Sinvicta item is actually a buddy. He will be called "Lil Sin" or "Lil Sinvicta" either or. His effect would be that upon full completion of the current floor map including secret rooms Lil Sin would drop like 5-10 pills or 1 golden pill. The item description upon pickup would be "Are you sure we don't take pills?"

The thing that should be added to Isaac from Sinvicta is every time you miss a devil deal that is 60% or higher it plays the small jingle noise that Sinvicta makes when he misses one of these devil deals 😂

I think a good sinvicta item would be every time you ignore a pill get a 0.15 damage up. So basically every time you leave a floor if there's pills that you didn't touch but have seen the beginning of the next floor you get 0.15 permanent damage up for each pill

I feel the Sinvicta item could be if you clear the whole floor without seeing the boss room you get either a damage or a tears upgrade (Excluding the super secret room as it's often near the boss)

Sinvicta item: "7th metal", it look like consolation prize but Sins logo. Gives an stat up, one stat for each ;(bossroom, super /reg secret room), and an all stat for full clear.

The Sinvicta item from the QOTE would be cool if it was the "Sinvicta Sense" And if you did a full clear you get a small tears up. Kinda like luna with finding the secret rooms. And Isaac's head gets the flames like the logo when you complete a full clear

So for the Sin Items... Prescription Flavor Text: "Take one and call me in the morning" Pedestal Icon: Same base for PhD and False PhD, but with a red Rx and some scrawled writing. Isaac Icon: A small bottle of pills in his hand. Effects: All pills become Horse Pills, guarantees a health/tears/luck up pill in the pool, starting on the next floor. Hall Pass Flavor Text: Go your own way! Pedestal Icon: A light blue bookmark, with red tassle and "PASS" on the front, in red. Isaac Icon: Holding the hall pass by the tassle. Effects: Once all rooms have been entered/completed, akin to Teleport 2.0, Isaac is granted a damage up, tears up (randomly between .5-1.0) or health up on the next floor. Thoughts?

Day 433 of asking Sin for a Fiend Folio run called Fiendish Firsts! But considering Sin seems to be Fiend Foliod out maybe if we want to do a really wacky Wednesday you can try the car character mod which as it says on the tin adds a car as a character and I'm going to continue to recommend the future mod since it's quite interesting and my streak looks wrong without something else!
