F1 is a fairly reliable and a quality service provider. I have had good experiences for my Xperia, Asus, Apple, refurbished phone repairs/warranty services. Nothing is investing in quality services. Perhaps people may have been too early to put down their judgements. Afterall Nothing is not the very first coming to release a phone with a half baked os.

I can't believe you got your mobile replaced Gupta sir. I gave my 9RT to service centre after first OTA update from which wifi and hotspot services have completely stopped working. They said they had to change hardware and requested spare parts. It's been 20 days and they are still waiting for them to arrive. Imagine buying a phone for 45k and leaving it at the service centre to change the total hardware in less than a month time 🥺😭

I had worst service experience with Moto They didn't pickup call initially I had to visit their store which was 25 kms away When I reached they took my phone and asked me to contact after 3-4 days. Again there was no reply to my call if my phone is repaired or not. Usually there are long queues as it's multi brand service center. You need to keep you patience 🙏

Thanks for the video Guptaji. You deserve an applause 👏 Many of us are actually willing to know about service being provided by Nothing. Replacing the complete unit with in a short span and that too knowing that its physical damage and other stuff is a rare thing. May be "Nothing" is serious in not loosing its name at this time. We should see how it fares in the coming times. Any other brand would make us to wander around their service center a dozen times to replace the unit after making all types of attempts to get rid of us. Sometimes many of us wouldn't even get a replacement.

Well the video was good but you are the 1st to do servicing of that 1st phone so its obvious that its not coincident that phone got damaged everyone can come to know that this phone is not accidentally damaged & also when you shoot a video with your phone anyone who will see in the opposite end will come to know that you are a youtuber or either you as a customer will put it on KZbin or other social platform if they don't provide a good service. So even though you got a great service this doesn't gurantee that every customer will get this same type of service.

Few days back It was fell in pond, we removed it from pond exactly after one week and given for repair, you guys believe or not It was still working fine. 2 lenses damaged,main camera is working fine. I own Honor phone, and I'm also from Lucknow. And I got exceptional service from Honor service center, I had battery issue they replaced within 1 hour at cost of 500rs. I also saw screen replacement cost was around 800-1000rs. I couldn't believe, they said some discount is going on on repair😃

But I can tell you, its the most value phone, 4 yrs still running as smooth, not like these days smartphones which don't even run 1 or 2 years because of shitty updates. I'm not able to find a replacement for my phone, (which was only 15k, with metal body and glass back). now a days, no replacement for this even till 30k. Nothing phone seems good otherwise all other are shitty plastic phones

I had honor 7x in pass, in warranty duration I noticed that in some part of display is pinkish in color when there is an white pic or anything.. I connect with honor with honor they asked me to visit service center.. Hii sir actually mera pass bhi nothing phone 1 liya tha ek Mahina bhi nahin hua pani ka andar chala Gaya 10 second ke liye Maine bahar nikala Mangalore nothing service centre ko diya usne 500 charge Kiya aur bola water damage hai motherboard change karna padega 20000 lagega. Abhi phone ghar mein hai on nhi hora hai kya karu sir bahut mushkil se Maine kharida 😢

Gupta ji...yeh bhi ek point hai ki aap ka you tube channel hai aur aap iska video bana rahe ho...phone replacement milega aapko to zaroor aap is company ki tarif Karo which might help in its reputation and sale...agar real experience chahiye to aapko bina apna reference ek common ordinary person ko bhejna chahiye tha.......ko sakta hai shocking results milte.....

I have this issue, which is like the vibration doesn't sync with the sound. This is happening after the latest update. I don't know if this is a software bug or the haptic vibration problem. Can someone let me know if you face the same problem.

My nothing phone 1 screen has a black spot on the bottom right of the screen. When i went to the service centre they claimed that it was due to pressure on screen.. but that was not the case as it has never been mishandled and it is still under warranty.. they are charging 13000 for screen replacement...which i wont do.. Stuck with a faulty device now 😅
