Back then they were criticized for having so many elements and people on stage but today we know these dudes were waaaay ahead of their time…. This concert is amazing!

Their concerts from this era were magical. The carnival theme and theatrics with the dancers just elevated them to another level live. Panic is boring now compared to this.

You know something. I have to say, I wish I wasn't so fucking up myself when these guys were happening. I was 15 when this tour was happening and this album was heating up. And I knew about it and them for sure. Dismissed the album and trashed them cos they were "hard" enough to me back then. As an adult now I'm listening this getting mindblown by the quality of the songs and wishing I more grounded back then. Cos I absolutely would have gone to see this. Funny how things work out. Dissed them for years for no reason, now this week(week of 10/20/2023l I'm discovering the banger this album is. I will say too, it is very different. The blend of instruments and hard rock catchyness most of these songs are, it's most definitely not the ordinary. Very unique and fun to listen to. Now I'm not gonna say I'm a mega fan like I see Panic's fan base is(have never seen a so devoted fan base man. And somehow it always stays teenagers no matter fuckin year it is lol) Someone had to have been in the bands corner to guide the road, cos they went from never playing a show to putting on shows like this that developed the mega loyal base of fans. It's like some KISS type fans. Anyway. Thank you for the work you into making this, gives the stuck up teenager I used to be a chance to see it.

This is seriously so amazing, not to attack modern panic! as I still love it very much but the concerts just got boring and I wish they would go back to having awesome themes like this one. Thanks a million for creating this!

The effort this had to take... damn. Today I learned that P! played in San Jose during this tour the day I was born. I was born at 9:12 pm so they were probably playing the exact moment I came out of the womb lmao! (If anyone could somehow figure out what song they might have been playing at that time, that would be amazing, but then again that sounds a bit impossible) Bit of a shame I couldn’t have seen this, BIG props to you for doing this! Edit: I just remembered time zones are a thing so it actually would have been at 6:12 pm San Jose time.

I did some sleuthing literally just for you lol, found an old ticket stub from around this time and everything. Now, it wasn't for your exact date...But based on my estimate, depending on what time they actually started playing. It would've either been "Nails for Breakfast, Tacks for Snacks" or "I Write Sins, Not Tragedies"

@ladyalfhildrforestofvioletmist3 жыл бұрын
@@lilytabar8381 If it's any comfort it's technically a slant rhyme! Well, the thing with rhyming two-syllable words is, (and this goes for "orange" too), whether or not you can find a rhyme for it really depends how strict you're going to be. Most words we think of as having perfect rhymes are one-syllable because then we only have to worry about rhyming that syllable (cat, hat, sat, etc). But once you introduce a second syllable, most people want a word that rhymes with both syllables, which is often impossible. But, if you only worry about rhyming with the latter syllable, it's often fairly easy-- for orange, cringe, tinge, binge, hinge, etc. It's looking for the match for the first syllable that becomes a problem, which is why you have to stretch it to something like door-hinge or syringe, and you start getting further out from a true rhyme. So, the second half of worthless rhymes with circus, sure, but it's not really a perfect rhyme because "worth" and "circ" only sort of rhyme. I could perhaps have explained a bit more smoothly, but the gist of it is that what does and doesn't rhyme depends on how much of the words you demand sound the same, and you can interpret things with varying degrees of strictness.
