Theory Pal/Spaghetti here! Okay, trying to piece this all together. Pretty sure Sera was killed by Wet Cat in a drunken mistake. He picked up the bottle when they approached him and well.. threw it at Sera’s head. Sera couldn’t take the injury and died. This can be proven by the glass throwing noise at the end of the video and the fact that Wet Cat’s hands are clean of any sort of blood or bodily fluid. It is also safe to theorize that Wet Cat really did commit this murder because Wet Cat was framed for Phil’s death. Nothing was ever said about Wet Cat being framed for Sera’s. Memory, Isokoe (Jesus), and Sabon are on the case because Sera was a very high-ranking official so they put two of their best detectives and the new guy on the job. In that one frame with Memory and Sabon picturing something, its Sera’s corpse. Wet Cat isn’t aware of what he did. He was under the influence so that fogged his mind enough, but even after he simply pushed the memory away. He feels guilty though, but he doesn’t know for what. This can be proven by him saying that he “isn’t doing anything, right?” He just forgot. I think that maybe Isokoe’s job is observing the crime scene and trying to find the human nature in it then down the line communicating with the killer, Wet Cat.
