It was bullshit. If you had a high enough APM you could Hex shiva spam indefinitely. Only counter was mana cost. No reasonable counterplay besides everyone shutting down Tinkers farm and while that's happening, the P1 is having the time of his life.

@@LaitoChen Yea, I know but it's been like that for almost 2 decades. At this point that's just his identity, the same with AM with mana break or Riki with perma invis. I guess icefrog just gave up balancing him around old rearm.

@@LaitoChen'only counter was mana cost' bro tinker was already such a shit hero pre 7.36, you could never first or 2nd pick him, always only last, even if enemy doesnt have a good lineup, one or 2 good players will always catch you from time to time, his early game was so shit, his laning was shit, easily gankable with no boots plus no blink skills. His timing was his first blink, which is all that scary, and his next timing is shivas and lvl 18. Now tell me why does every other hero hit their timings before lvl 18 with 1 core item while tinker needed 2-3 more levels + 3k more gold. There was a reason he was rarely seen in pro play and high ranked. Only in low ranked where no one know what they are doing, and literally every hero is strong if the enemies are herald😂😂. Ur probably highest archon

​@@LaitoChenYou can easily shut down Tinker before. No march to farm efficiently. Now, tinker gets his item really early and you cannot stop that. Yes, old tinker was strong af, but his timing is really bad.

Tinker today relies on getting more int for more CD reduction with a max of 60% so you go for standard 2 null and rush arcane blink
