I've tested it a few times in custom previously. It doesn't always glow when the enemy yoru has his tp out. So I guess it is a bug. Hopefully our yoru master can confirm it first.

never be afraid to dry tp on a sniper if they dont have a teamate on them, you will be so close it will be very hard or even radiants to land a hit on you when your so close and they got a sniper

Im confused, can enemies not see you throw the flash? You throw it through vision and bounce off somewhere to bait people into thinking youre somewhere else but cant they just see the thing fly through the air and find where you are based on that?

When you initially throw it, the flash is invisible, but once it hits a surface to bounce, then it appears and flashes. I hope this answers your question!

Extra tip: you can throw a flash at your teleport, and fake tp, they will look at the fake tp because of noise and therefore be blinded by the flash- then u can unult or peek them depending if u were ulted or not. Credit to ziptie

50 of the tips of these are good, the teamwork with other agents and updrafting. but the clone thing with the info qnd flashes needs to be topped all into one, yoru doesnt need most of these tips just because these situations are mostly rare. It feels more like fun facts about yoru for half of the video. Example: bouncing flash off yoru clone. But most of these tips do actually help like setting up your clone and popflashing using double boxes another example
