Notices Under the 1999 FIDIC Contracts | Public Webinar 29th October 2020

Failure to send notices in the correct form is one of the biggest mistakes that the Parties to the FIDIC contracts make. In the case of the Contractor, such a failure could be fatal to claims for extensions of time and additional payment.

Very well organized content. What can a Contractor do if he misses out to 'confirm' the Engineer's instruction within 2 days, as specified in 3.3. Can he still claim if he has carried out the work as per the oral instructions?
