People in the comments are flaming him for not being fluent in Spanish, despite explaining that he is a third generation American. For those who don't get it, each generation further away from the immigrant ancestors' generation will less likely be able to speak the ancestral language.

@@plantitasp Him knowing Spanish is not that important, anyway. He appears to be of mainly Amerindian stock, so it would be more fitting if he knew an Indigenous language like Nahuatl or Quechua instead of Spanish. Furthermore, it's also not his fault that he wasn't taught Spanish.

Pero de todos modos, El Chicano, que se estrenó en 2019, definitivamente es una película sobre un superheroe latino. ¡No todo es DC o Marvel!

@@megustaelindie it worked for us growing up in Mexico. I remember back in the 80s and 90s kids would dress up as El Chapulín Colorado for Halloween. Yeah, it's ghetto compared to Iron Man or the Marvel variety of superhero,but he served the role of being a superhero who valiantly (and comedically)stood up to injustice. Deadpool is also a parody of your typical superhero, but a superhero nonetheless.
