G'day Chuck and Paige. I used to eat 4 pieces of toast for breakfast, 2 sandwiches for lunch and pizza or burgers for dinner. I was 110kg with autoimmune diseases. I stopped all that, lost 40kg and now have no autoimmune diseases 😊

Again, it’s still hard to believe how quick I get your videos over here and the Philippines they usually don’t show up in the United States in Oregon until about 4 o’clock in the afternoon here I get them 8 o’clock in the morning. Just started following you two witty and crazy coconuts! ❤ Finally, after 76 fun filled years (30 wih my Thai/Lao wife Sukhon) of which 46 were in the San Framcisco and Sacramento areas, and the last 12 years in Georgia, we will be retiring to Hua Hin as a base. We have lamd and a home ip north near Mukdahan. Can't wait to maybe play 18 holes with you and to share some interesting times. All the best until we move in early 2026, after son graduates with a deree in Japanes and another degree in Business/ Hospitality. He will be starting to teach IN JAPAN THEN..

I was making pizzas in my Air Fryer with pizza rounds, good mozzarella, and fixings from Makro. But I don't like the Pizza Sauces I found there... too spicy for me. I found a couple of really good ones at Villa Market that are excellent!
