Awesome video! Just a quick tip, for the date filters, if you want to siplify it you can choose Date "is within" and select the full month, instead of having two filters with the "on or after" and "on or before"

Wow! Such an informative video. Do you maybe have content for beginners? I want to build a Home page with a Master Calendar that pulls content from eg. my Social Media Content Planner page, Client Work page, etc. to give me a monthly overview of the tasks that lie ahead, but I have very little knowledge when it comes to Notion. I am a brand designer and struggle to prioritize all of my work and want to make a point of it to have one place where I can be more organized.

When I create the links from tasks or notes and go back to my activity log, I do see the backlinks, but they are not shows as property so I can't add them in the formulas.

can We Sync Database using FOrmula because i want to create 7 Layer database 1.Idea 2.Sub-Task 3.Task 4.Project 5.Sub-Project 6.Goals 7.Sub-Goals Basic Issue i Am facing is I am not able to create cross link between all the database like sub goal is related to all other six data base and similar goal is connected to other 6 database but issue here is I had to fill all manually but I want to fill this automatically if I say my sub goal -1 is related to goal 1 and my goal 1 is related to sub project 1 then want to auto fill sub project column in sub goal database ( I know we can do this by rollup function but rollup function are one way I want two way automation )

Great video! I am going to start using this template :) I have been trying to create a workout template myself but am struggling badly. Is it even possible to create something like my idea? -> Workout Plan for 3 Months, where each month contains 4 weeks, and each week has 2-3 different workout databases with seperate (not connected) exeercises, reps, weights and notes. I was able to create this :) BUT, is it possible to show all those different databases that are in each week and month in one master calendar? I cannot figure it out… would it also be possible to somehow calculate the weights and reps for that specific exercise, compare it to the future numbers of that exercise to see if there is an improvement and maybe show it with an emoji on another database? In you video where you showed how to organize a finance database with rollups I thought that would help me create my workout planner, but I am not able to do it unfortunately… So I don‘t know if you ever see this but I would really appreciate it if you could help me in a way :) Thank you in advance!

This is an amazing work! Thank you so much! 🤩 I have a doubt, I think since Notion did some updates on their formula language the Date in @The Activity Log formula doesn't work well. It seems that slice( ) function now requires a list instead of a text string, and I saw some people replacing it for substring( ). I also tried but it still doesn't work and the formula equals an empty answer. From what I understood substring( ) won't allow replacing a Name property to a number even tough you use toNumber function before. I'm stuck in here, and can't find a way to fix it... did anyone try to fix this? 💁‍♀

If you're still wondering, you just have to replace the "days" with "months" and viceversa at the end of the formula, like this: dateAdd(dateAdd(dateAdd(dateSubtract(dateSubtract(dateSubtract(dateSubtract(dateSubtract(now(), year(now()), "years"), month(now()), "months"), date(now()) - 1, "days"), hour(now()), "hours"), minute(now()), "minutes"), toNumber(slice(prop("Name"), 6, 10)), "years"), toNumber(slice(prop("Name"), 0, 2)) - 1, "days"), toNumber(slice(prop("Name"), 3, 5)) - 1, "months") That's what worked for me at least :)
