Excellent Video! I have been facing this same issue. It truncates all data. I was wondering whether you can do a Video on querying an external Vector DB using GPT AI actions. That ways the knowledge base files wont be leaked to users. Plus, you can update the files in the background. I tried it with Vectara (they give API access for querying) but I was not able to make it work.
