It's 'ISM' and that man is a philadelphia graffiti legend not only is he the originator of the 'Wicket' he started SAM 1 Sly Artistic Masters and ICP Imperial Casanova Persuaders. Graffiti artist still talk about him & SAM 1 to this day in philly because of his style and how many hits he had on the walls in Philadelphia.
